Prokeep Release Notes for January 23, 2026 The following updates were released to production between January 13 and January 23, 2026

Conversation Hub

  • Outbound Email Sending Fixed - Users can now send multiple outbound emails in the same conversation without waiting for a customer reply. A bug that caused the Send button to remain disabled after the first email has been resolved, restoring normal follow-up and correction workflows.
  • Correct TO and CC Recipient Display - Inbound emails with multiple recipients now display all addresses in their correct fields. Additional TO recipients no longer appear incorrectly as CC recipients, ensuring email context matches what the customer originally sent.
  • Email Forwarding Available for All Verification Types - Email forwarding is now supported across all organization verification configurations, including Domain Verification. The Forward action is consistently available in email threads.
  • Improved Email Reply and Forward Context - Email replies and forwards now include standard attribution formatting and quoted original messages, with older content collapsed by default. This matches familiar email client behavior while keeping threads readable inside Prokeep

Growth Hub 

  • Bulk Labeling for Imported Contacts - Labels can now be applied to an entire contact import in one action, including contacts created successfully even if other rows in the import failed. This enables quick segmentation of large imports such as trade shows, campaigns, or seasonal lists.
  • Reliable Import Attribution - All contacts created through imports are now consistently linked to their import source, even when imports contain errors. This ensures complete visibility into contact origins and improves long-term data accuracy.
  • Contact Conversation History Filtering by Channel - Users can filter a contact’s conversation history by communication channel (SMS, Email, Chat, Broadcast), including selecting multiple channels at once. The filtering experience responds intuitively as channels are selected or cleared.
  • Thread Counts Displayed by Channel - Thread counts now appear next to each channel type and remain accurate regardless of pagination or active filters, giving immediate insight into how each contact communicates.

 Order Automation

  • Duplicate AI Product Suggestions Handled Intelligently - When AI suggests a product already present in a quote, the system now increases the existing line item quantity instead of returning an error. This keeps quote creation moving smoothly when customers repeat items.
  • Real-Time AI Image Processing Updates - Threads automatically refresh as AI finishes extracting text from images, allowing users to see transcribed part numbers and details immediately without refreshing the page.
  • Improved AI Accuracy and Quality Controls - New internal AI evaluation tooling continuously tests product matching, text extraction, and other AI features against known datasets. This helps prevent regressions and steadily improves AI reliability over time.
  • Multilingual Support for Order Automation - Order Automation is now fully translated into French and Spanish, covering quote creation, product actions, error messages, and order workflows.
  • Quote Management Improvements
  • Quote history tables now sort correctly by selected columns
  • Required Date and Ship Date fields are supported for ERP systems that require delivery timelines
  • Margin and pricing calculations are accurate across all margin levels
  • Orders created using AI recommendations now correctly record customer attribution

These improvements make quotes easier to manage, more accurate, and better aligned with ERP requirements.

  • Group-Level Quote Access Control - Quote visibility, pricing, inventory, and order functionality now respect group-level permissions rather than account-wide access. Users only see data relevant to their location or group.

Platform, Performance & Infrastructure

  • Contact Update Workflow Restored - Bulk contact updates now work reliably even when upload files include empty rows, and users can move through all steps of the update process without being blocked.
  • Messaging Compliance and Stability Improvements - Opt-out confirmation messages now send correctly when contacts reply with opt-out keywords, ensuring compliance with messaging regulations and customer expectations.
  • Platform Stability & Performance Enhancements - Backend upgrades, safer migration testing, and infrastructure improvements reduce deployment risk, improve system performance, and prepare the platform for future enhancements.
