This update includes BTM personalization and reporting enhancements, Close Thread Button improvements, faster contact creation, and email improvements. Read on to learn more.
Removing the extra “Close Thread Button"
In response to your feedback, we are removing the additional "Close Thread" button. We will keep the original "Close Thread" button located at the top-right corner of the thread.
Personalize Broadcast Text Messages with Tokens
We’ve added new personalization options to the Broadcast Text Message editor! You can now use Tokens to dynamically insert details like first name, last name, group name, or account name into your messages. This feature works similarly to the token functionality already available in templates, making it easier than ever to craft tailored and engaging communications.
Contact Data Included in Broadcast Text Message Exports
You can now gain in-depth contact insights from your Broadcast Text Message (BTM) data exports. This enhancement allows you to see which contacts received your messages, who engaged by responding, who clicked on links, who opted out, and even which messages encountered delivery issues.
When contact data is included in the export, additional tabs for each BTM will be included.
This update gives you greater flexibility for analysis and reporting, making it easier to track engagement and optimize your messaging!
Create contacts with ease
We have enhanced the process of adding contacts in Prokeep. You can now create and update contact details directly within the conversation, allowing you to save names without interrupting the chat flow.
Old Method - Leave the conversation to fill a form
New Method - Update Information on the fly, without leaving the conversation
Type to Search for Users and Manage Contacts Pages
In order to better assist managers and administrators, we have added “type to search” functionality to our Users and Manage Contacts pages in settings. This allows you to type the name of a group and find it, rather than endlessly scrolling.
Type to Filter on Users page
Type to Filter on Manage Contacts page
Improved Email Handling for Better Conversation Tracking
Prokeep Email now supports messages where the "Reply-To" address differs from the original sender. This means that email threads will be associated with the "Reply-To" address rather than the "From" address, ensuring conversations stay linked to the right contact.
What does this mean for you?
If you receive emails from web forms, Prokeep will now associate the message with the contractor who filled out the form instead of the generic "no-reply" email that sent it. This makes it easier to track and manage customer interactions seamlessly.
