✨ Forward a personal-inbox order email to a Prokeep forwarding address to start a quote
Reps can forward an order email they received in their personal inbox to a Prokeep forwarding address, where it arrives as an internal thread in the group inbox and goes through normal Order Automation product matching. The rep then completes the quote and sends it to the end customer by text or email.
✨ Choose email or text for each quote with the new channel selector
The quote details form now has a channel selector, so reps choose whether a quote and its follow-ups go out by email or text. Channels the contact can't receive are disabled, and a quote created with email selected no longer creates a text thread.
✨ Promote an alternate phone, email, or name to the main value, or delete a wrong one (Wise)
On the contact page, users can now promote an alternate phone, email, first name, or last name to the main value, or delete one that is wrong. Alternates show a count and an "active" label.

🚀 Searching a full name that mixes a real name and a nickname now finds the contact
Searching a full name that mixes a real name and an alternate name now finds the contact. For example, "Mike Wilson" finds "Michael Wilson."
🚀 Wise import rows that can't be read now appear in the error report instead of being skipped
Contact rows that can't be read during a Wise import now show up in the import error report instead of being skipped silently.

🔧 P21 orders are no longer sent as approved when "Mark Orders as Approved" is turned off
P21 orders are no longer sent as approved when an account has "Mark Orders as Approved" turned off. Re-saving the integration settings corrects accounts that were already affected.
🔧 Replacing a no-match item with Find Item now swaps in the new item on P21 quotes instead of deleting the line
