✨ Karmak live pricing and branch availability now show on quotes
Quotes now show the customer’s live Karmak price and the branch availability while the rep builds the quote.

Order Automation
🚀 Manually created quotes now default to the contact’s suggested account
The company and alias now default to the contact’s suggested account at the selected location: the account on the last quote sent to the contact, otherwise the contact’s alias. It updates if you change the location.
🚀 A message mentioning only one product no longer starts a quote
When the thread has no quote yet, questions like “How much is the 5hp?” no longer create one. On a thread that already has a quote, the product is added only if it is not already on the quote, and a product that exactly matches a catalog SKU or manufacturer part number is still quoted as usual.

🔧 WinSupply contacts are no longer duplicated on each import
The WinSupply contact import no longer creates the same contact again on each run when a contact has too little information to match itself.
🔧 Products removed in P21 no longer appear in search and matches
Products removed in P21 are now removed from search and matches.
Enterprise Integrations
🔧 Karmak order notifications now send for orders with no phone number
Karmak order notifications are no longer skipped when the order has no Home or Work phone. The contact is now matched by the order’s ship-to email.
Prokeep
🔧 REST API contact updates no longer fail on blank company or rep values
Creating or updating contacts through the REST API no longer fails when the company ID or rep user ID is an empty string. It is treated as no value.
🔧 Integrations can set external IDs through the REST API again
Integration and API users can set a contact’s or company’s external ID through the REST API again, which restores HubSpot sync write-back. External ID edits in the app remain admin-only.
🔧 Company contacts list now says “Showing 1-3 of 3” instead of “Showing 1-10 of 3”
The company contacts list now shows the correct count.
🔧 Returning to a Prokeep tab hidden over a minute now refreshes threads automatically
After the tab has been hidden for over a minute, the app now reconnects and refreshes your threads, so new messages and notifications appear without a manual refresh.
