✨ Download an email thread as an .eml file
The Download email file link in the thread action bar saves the whole conversation, including older messages and attachments, as a single standard email file. The action bar now also appears on closed threads.

Order Automation
🔧 Order Automation no longer shows for users in groups without it enabled
Members and managers who belong to groups without Order Automation enabled no longer see Order Automation features such as Quote History and creating an entry.
🔧 Infor on-premises pricing and quotes no longer return zero prices or request errors
Infor integrations hosted on-premises can now be set to use the request format their servers expect, fixing zero pricing and request errors when pricing, creating, updating or converting quotes. Cloud-hosted Infor integrations are unchanged.
Data and AI Platform
🔧 Product catalog updates now finish for large catalogs
Catalog updates no longer stop partway through for customers with large catalogs.

🔧 Transferring a thread to a group no longer errors when the group has an open thread with the same contact on another channel
Transferring a thread no longer fails when the target group already has an open thread with the same contact on a different channel, such as text versus email.
🔧 Internal threads started to a group plus users are now shared with the group
Starting an internal thread to a group and individual users now shares it with the group too, instead of only the users.
🔧 Creating an outbound email thread for a group with an unverified email channel now shows an error
Previously, this failed silently; it now shows an error message instead.
🔧 Thread screen is no longer distorted after claiming an email thread
Email formatting such as positioning and layout styles no longer distorts the thread screen after claiming an email thread.
🔧 Deleting a contact found through search now clears their details from the screen
Deleted contact details no longer stay on screen.
🔧 PDF attachments in the composer now open in preview before sending
Clicking a PDF attachment in the composer before sending now opens the PDF preview instead of a Not Found page.
🔧 Threads moved by a route-to-group rule now appear in Unclaimed immediately
Threads moved to another group by a route-to-group rule now show up in the new group’s Unclaimed tab without a refresh.
