We’re excited to share the latest updates in version 3.94! Here's what’s new:

Broadcast Text Messages (BTMs)

1. Improved Link Formatting

   • When adding a link to a Broadcast Text Message (BTM) using the link option, the format of the link has been updated for greater clarity and trust.
   • Links will now display as:
     https://[account_name].link.us.prokeep.com/…
     
     
   • This change aims to build confidence among recipients when clicking on embedded links.

2. Save Reachable Audience as a List

   • You can now save a "Reachable Audience" as a dedicated BTM list.
     
     
     • This enhancement makes it easier to segment and save specific audiences, allowing you to reuse these lists for similar communications in the future.

Contact Labels

1. Multi-Select for Assigning Labels

• • The contact label feature now includes a multi-select feature, enabling you to assign multiple labels to a contact in one step.
  • This update simplifies managing and categorizing contacts for streamlined communication.
