2/18/2026 Release Updates

The following updates were released to production on February 17, 2026.

Conversation Hub

  • Email Reply Recipient Population Fix
Fixed a bug where clicking Reply or Reply All on an email thread would not populate recipients if the last message was sent by an automated rule. The system now properly identifies and populates the correct email recipients regardless of whether the previous message was user-sent or rule-triggered.

Enterprise Integrations and Partnerships

  • Decisiv PDF Formatting Enhancements
Enhanced the PDF transcript generation for Decisiv work orders with additional formatting and information. The generated PDFs now include more complete context and improved layout for better readability when attached to service cases. The enhanced formatting makes it easier to review conversation history within work orders, improving documentation quality for service records.

Growth Hub

  • Contact Import Integration with List Creation
Integrated the contact import flow directly into list creation and editing. When importing contacts during list setup, the system automatically creates a label matching the list name (up to 25 characters), applies it to all imported contacts (both new and existing), and adds that label as a filter criterion on the list - eliminating manual steps to categorize contacts after import. If a label with the same name already exists, it reuses that label. Building targeted contact lists and import contacts in a single streamlined workflow makes it faster to launch campaigns against newly imported contact segments.
  • Member Task Management Permission Fix
Removed create, edit, and delete task options from the Task Dashboard for users with “Member” role. Previously, Members could navigate through the task creation workflow but would encounter a permission error when attempting to save. The system now correctly reflects Member permissions by hiding these management options. This creates a clearer, less frustrating experience for team members who should focus on completing assigned tasks rather than managing them.
  • Contact Opt-Out Indication for Multiple Recipients
Extended opt-out status indicators to work when selecting multiple contacts for tasks. The contact selector now clearly shows when a contact has opted out of SMS or email, has no phone number or email address, or is available for messaging. This functionality works for both single and bulk task creation. This prevents wasted effort creating tasks that cannot be delivered and ensures compliance with opt-out preferences when conducting outreach campaigns to multiple recipients.
  • Campaign Task Edit Contact Field Fix
Fixed a bug where editing a bulk task from the campaign view would show an empty contact field on the first edit attempt. The system now properly retains and displays the contact information when editing tasks created through campaign recommendations.
  • Contact Token Population Fix
Fixed a critical bug where contact tokens (like First Name) would display as blank spaces when inserted into messages in existing open threads. Templates worked correctly for new outbound messages, but tokens failed to populate when composing within active conversations. The system now properly resolves all contact tokens in open threads. This enables consistent use of dynamic fields like names, company information, and other contact details throughout all customer interactions.

Order Automation

  • Order History Contact Display Fix
Fixed a bug where the order history page would sometimes show blank contact information for orders created through customer-initiated flows (text or phone). The system now properly associates and displays customer contact details for all orders regardless of how the quote-to-order conversion was initiated. This means users can now quickly identify order ownership without having to cross-reference thread histories or other systems.
  • Quote History Translation Support
Spanish and French-speaking users now see the Quote History interface in their selected language, providing a consistent multilingual experience throughout the application. Previously, this section remained in English regardless of the user's language preference, creating an inconsistent experience for multilingual users.
  • View Quote Details Button Fix
Fixed the "View Quote Details" button on the Add Product flyout that was non-functional. Users can now quickly review full quote details while adding products without losing their place in the workflow. This makes it easier to verify quote contents and make informed decisions about product additions.
  • Currency Formatting Fix in Quote History
Fixed currency formatting in the Quote History dashboard to always display two decimal places. Previously, amounts like $8.80 would display incorrectly as $8.8, dropping trailing zeros and creating confusion

Prokeep

  • Reports Group-Level Totals Fix
Fixed a discrepancy in the Reports page for individual groups where the top-level total for inbound threads did not match the sum of inbound threads shown in the user breakdown section. The system now correctly calculates and displays matching totals across both views, making report tools accurate and consistent. Managers reviewing location-level performance can trust that the summary numbers match the detailed breakdown, enabling confident decision-making based on reliable data rather than having to manually verify calculations.
  • Contact Export "All" Fix
Fixed the Manage Contacts export functionality to include contacts without group assignments when "All" is selected. Previously, these contacts were excluded from exports despite being visible in the contact count, creating a discrepancy between the in-app and export results. This prevents data loss during exports and ensures complete contact lists are available for external processing, backups, or migrations.
  • Email Thread Content Copy Fix
Fixed an interaction issue where expanded email threads would immediately collapse when users clicked to select and copy text. Email threads now remain expanded during text selection, allowing users to interact with the content without the thread collapsing. This will speed up processes and make overall use of email much more efficient.
  • MMS Processing Error Handling
Improved error handling in the MMS message processing system to properly handle nil values and non-string data types. The system now includes fallback logic that defaults to zero when encountering unexpected data types while also logging errors for investigation, preventing unexpected failures. The system now gracefully handles edge cases in multimedia message data that previously could cause processing failures, ensuring messages continue to flow even when encountering unexpected data formats.
