2/2/2026 Release Updates
Prokeep Release Notes for February 2, 2026 The following updates were released to production between January 27 and January 29, 2026
Email Communication
- Professional Email Subject Line Handling
Email subject lines have been fully overhauled to display cleanly and consistently, matching standard email client behavior. Subjects are now prominently displayed, free of clutter, and maintain proper threading across replies. - Reliable Email Threading with “RE:” Prefixes
Email threads now remain intact even when replies include “RE:” in the subject line. The system also prevents repeated “RE: RE: RE:” prefixes from accumulating and breaking threading in Gmail and other email clients. - Improved Email Reply Experience
When claiming an email thread, the typing cursor now appears in the correct location—above the signature—so users can start responding immediately without repositioning the cursor. - Blocked Contact Protection in Email Forwarding
Email forwarding now prevents sending messages to blocked or opted-out contacts. Blocked contacts are clearly labeled and cannot be selected as recipients. - Correctly Formatted Feedback Survey Emails
Customer feedback surveys now send as new emails (not replies) and respect each contact’s language preference when available. Surveys are sent in English, French, or Spanish as appropriate.
Growth Hub
-
Complete Contact Thread Management Experience
Contact conversation history now supports expanding and collapsing individual threads, as well as collapsing all threads at once. Pagination works correctly even when threads are collapsed, making it easy to scan large histories. -
Channel Filtering with Thread Counts
Users can filter contact conversation history by channel (SMS, Email, Chat, Broadcast) and see accurate thread counts for each channel at a glance, helping quickly identify communication patterns. -
Fixed Pagination for High-Volume Contacts
Contacts with large conversation histories now load all threads correctly through infinite scrolling, ensuring older conversations are always accessible.
Order Automation & Integrations
- Smarter, Context-Aware AI Product Matching
AI product recommendations now:
1 Respect group- and location-specific product catalogs
2 Use industry-aware and account-specific context
3 Improve understanding of distributor terminology and informal product descriptions
-- This ensures AI only suggests products that are actually available at the user’s location and better understands how customers describe items. - Semantic (Vector) Search for Product Matching
AI product matching now includes semantic search, allowing products to be found based on meaning and intent—not just exact text matches. This dramatically improves match accuracy when customers use partial, informal, or alternate terminology. - Improved AI Quality Monitoring
New logging and CI testing infrastructure tracks how AI suggestions are generated and automatically tests AI accuracy on every code change. This enables faster detection of issues and continuous improvement of AI recommendations over time. - Image Text Extraction Available Without Full Order Automation
AI image transcription is now decoupled from the Order Automation feature flag. Customers can use AI to extract text from images even if full quoting is disabled, expanding AI usefulness across more workflows. - Delivery Address Autofill for Quotes
When “Delivery” is selected as the fulfillment method, shipping addresses now automatically populate from ERP data and persist through checkout. This removes manual address entry and reduces errors for delivery orders. - Improved Inbound Text Processing Reliability
Inbound SMS messages for Order Automation now flow through the centralized Skynet pipeline, improving consistency, reducing processing risk, and creating a stronger foundation for future AI enhancements. - Enhanced Decisiv Case Selection
The Decisiv case selector now shows customer name, asset details, and dealer context alongside case IDs. Users no longer need to memorize or cross-check case numbers when attaching conversations to service cases.
This significantly reduces the risk of attaching threads to the wrong case, especially for dealers managing multiple customer silos.
Platform, Performance, and Infrastructure
- Instant SMS Delivery Restored
Resolved an issue causing 10+ second delays for SMS messages sent through Bandwidth. Messages now send and appear in real time, restoring fast-paced customer conversations for time-sensitive communications. - Improved Messaging Security
Additional account-level validation now ensures users can only query or delete messages within their authorized account scope, strengthening data isolation and privacy. - Faster Customer Imports and Deletions
Large customer imports and bulk deletions now complete significantly faster without system slowdowns, improving performance for customers managing large contact databases. - Platform Stability Improvements
Upgrades to the Elixir runtime and backend infrastructure deliver incremental performance gains, improved reliability under load, and a stronger foundation for future enhancements.
