2/25/2026 Release Updates

The following updates were released to production on February 24, 2026.

Conversation Hub

  • Enhanced SMS Security
    We’ve added authentication to the inbound SMS webhook that processes messages from Twilio. This backend security improvement protects against unauthorized or spoofed message requests. There is no visible change to end users, but it strengthens account security.

Enterprise Integrations

  • Improved Esker Email Processing
    Customer identification details (name, phone, email, account number, company) now appear at the top of emails forwarded to Esker. This improves Esker’s AI parsing accuracy, especially for multi-page orders, reducing processing errors and manual corrections.

  • Cleaner Decisiv Transcript Management
    When conversation threads close, transcript PDFs now replace the existing file in Decisiv instead of creating duplicates. Filenames have also been improved to include thread start date and contact details, making transcripts easier to identify and reducing confusion on cases.

  • Clearer Messaging in Decisiv Notes
    Notes sent from Prokeep into Decisiv now include a “Please do not reply” footer to prevent replies in Decisiv that would not route back to Prokeep, helping avoid missed communications.

Growth Hub

  • Better Visibility Before Contact Imports
    During contact imports, you can now see a summary of how validated contacts break down by SMS, Email, Broadcast, and Promo opt-in status before completing the import. This makes it easier to confirm expected campaign reach.

  • More Accurate Campaign Dashboard Metrics
    We fixed inconsistencies in “Avg Tasks per Contact” and “Avg BTM per Contact” so all users now see consistent and accurate campaign performance metrics across the team.

Order Automation

  • Order History Button Visibility Restored
    Accounts with Order Automation enabled at the group level will now properly see the order history button, restoring access to past orders.

  • Improved Translations in Quote Workflow
    We resolved missing translations in the outbound quote experience, ensuring users in supported non-English locales see fully localized interface text.

Core Platform

  • Improved Manager Contact Search
    Managers can now correctly search and assign a single contact to a task even when the Global Customer List feature is disabled, eliminating a previous workaround.
