The following updates were released to production on March 5, 2026.
Order Automation now learns and will improve over time with usage 🎉
Order Automation now tracks when a user overrides an AI-suggested product match and selects a different product instead. Over time, the system will use this correction data to improve future product suggestions at the account level. This feature is not yet enabled for all accounts.

🗒️ Configurable PO Number Requirement
ERP integrations can now be configured to require a Purchase Order number before a quote can be submitted. When enabled, a PO ID field appears in the convert-to-order flow and must be filled in before the order goes through. This is a per-integration setting — check with your account's configuration if you're unsure whether it applies.

👥 Contact Import Error Improvements
Several issues with the Contact Import flow have been fixed:
- Error messages that were looping and reappearing after being dismissed will no longer do so
- Error messages have been moved below the upload area and now include clearer, more specific guidance on how to fix the problem (e.g., which column is missing, which group is unauthorized)
- The cell phone column is now consistently labeled "Cell Number" across all error types — previously it sometimes appeared as "Phone Number" depending on the error
- A typo in the post-import summary ("formating") has been corrected to "formatting"

📶 Campaign Overview Task Counts Now Filter by Group
On individual campaign pages, the task count widgets were showing data across all groups regardless of which group was selected in the filter. This has been fixed — task counts now correctly reflect the selected group.
🛠️ Core Platform
- 📆 Fixed: Date Field Resetting in Chrome During Task Creation When typing a due date manually into the task creation form in Chrome, entering an invalid date would cause the field to reset completely. This has been fixed — the field now behaves correctly if a user makes a typo while entering a date.
- 🗨️ Fixed: Unable to Close Internal Messaging Threads Some users were unable to see the option to close internal threads between colleagues at the same location. This has been resolved — the close option now appears as expected.
- 💬 Fixed: Message History Not Loading Correctly When Opening Threads A background error was occasionally causing message history to load incompletely when clicking into a conversation. This has been fixed and message history should now load reliably.
- 📆 Fixed: Date Picker Broken Across the App The calendar date picker was broken throughout the application — clicking to select a date was not working, and typing a date via keyboard was also unreliable. Both issues have been resolved. Date selection now works correctly whether a user clicks on the calendar or types a date in directly.
- ⌨️ Fixed: Keyboard Date Entry in Task Creation When creating a new task, typing a due date via keyboard produced erratic behavior specific to the task form. This has been fixed — users can now type a due date into the task creation form as expected.
- 📣 Fixed: Promotional BTM Opt-Out Message Sent to Contacts Who Were Never Opted In When a contact was saved with Promotional BTMs turned off — without ever having been opted in — the system was incorrectly sending them an opt-out confirmation message. This has been fixed. The opt-out message will now only go out when a contact who was previously opted in is explicitly removed from Promotional BTMs.
