2/9/2026 Release Updates

Prokeep Release Notes for February 9, 2026 The following updates were released to production on February 3, 2026

Growth Hub

Multiple Task Assignees Support

Enhanced bulk task creation to support assigning tasks to multiple users simultaneously. When creating tasks in bulk with multiple assignees selected, the system now automatically distributes tasks evenly across the selected users, creating individual task threads for each assignee rather than grouping them together. This prevents duplicate outreach and ensures clear ownership of each task.

Enterprise Integrations and Partnerships

Decisiv Internal Thread Reply Sync

What Changed:
Added bidirectional sync for internal thread replies between Prokeep and Decisiv work orders. When team members add internal notes or replies to threads associated with Decisiv cases, those notes now automatically sync to the corresponding work order in Decisiv as case notes, keeping all information aligned across both systems, strengthening visibility and cutting duplicate data entry.

Prokeep

Contact Visibility and Creation Fix

Fixed a critical issue for accounts with Global Customer List disabled where users couldn't add contacts that existed in other groups they don't have access to. Previously, if a contact existed in a different group, users would see a "Create Contact" option but receive a misleading "Contact could not be updated" error when trying to add them to their own group. The system now properly allows users to add these contacts to their accessible groups.

Product Embedding Development Tools

Added product embedding generation capabilities to development and feature test environments, enabling developers and QA teams to test AI-powered product search and matching features with realistic data during development.

Order Automation

Intent Processing System Migration

Migrated the message intent detection system from the legacy infrastructure to Jido, the modern Order Automation backend. This moves the AI-powered analysis that determines customer intent (quote requests, order confirmations, questions, etc.) to a more reliable and faster message classification platform. The system's ability to automatically detect whether customers are requesting quotes, asking questions, or placing orders now runs on improved infrastructure, reducing processing delays and improving accuracy in message routing and automation triggers.
