3/10/2026 Release Updates
The following updates were released to production on March 10, 2026.
New:
Data & AI Platform
✨ AI product matching is getting smarter (not yet visible). Foundational work is complete to allow the AI product suggestion engine to learn preferred product phrasing on a per-customer basis. No change in behavior yet, but more accurate, customer-specific product suggestions are coming in a future release.
Fixed:
Order Automation
🔧 Images without text no longer break order processing. Messages containing only a photo (like a credit card image) now process correctly — including PCI detection and credit card image removal.
Growth Hub
🔧 Recurring report exports now work when "All" groups is selected. Scheduling a report for your entire account no longer throws a validation error or fails silently.
🔧 Engagement bucket flyout now closes with a single click. Previously required two clicks to fully dismiss. Clicking the X or outside the panel now closes it immediately.
🔧 Sandbox resets no longer break Growth Hub. Resetting a sandbox now restores default BTM lists automatically, so Growth Hub dashboard details keep working.
Conversation Hub
🔧 Shift+Enter no longer sends duplicate emails. Pressing Shift+Enter rapidly while composing an email with embedded images won't accidentally send the message more than once.
🔧 Unclaimed inbox count now reflects total volume. The tab now shows a "+" indicator (e.g., "29+") when more threads are waiting to load, so teams see accurate volume without having to scroll first.
Prokeep
🔧 Contact Book search and filters now persist. Applying a search or filter no longer resets the view back to default — results stay in place.
🔧 After Hours auto-reply now fires on the first Web Connect message. Customers reaching out via web chat outside business hours now receive the auto-reply on their very first message, not only on a follow-up SMS.
🔧 "Add to Contact" no longer opens two overlapping panels. Adding an inbound message from an unknown number to an existing contact now opens a single panel as expected.
🔧 Task contact search now stays scoped to the selected group. When creating a task for a specific group, contact search results are now correctly limited to that group — consistent with how "Multiple Contacts" already worked.
🔧 Deactivating a user no longer disconnects the admin's session. Admins stay logged in when deactivating users, and audit logs now correctly attribute the action to the admin who made the change.
