ORDER AUTOMATION

✨ Accept more file types in emailed purchase orders. 
Order Automation can now read and process purchase orders sent as Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, CSVs, images, and PDFs and automatically convert them into quotes, just like it already does with other formats.

🔧 Occasional order processing errors
Some accounts experienced random failures in AI-driven order processing steps such like the system not correctly identifying what the customer wanted or failing to pull the right products. The underlying connection issue has been resolved, improving reliability for all OA-enabled accounts.

GROWTH HUB

🔧 Clearer audience counts when managers view other users' broadcasts
Managers who looked at a broadcast created by someone else on their team were sometimes confused about why the audience count looked different than expected. There's now a clear notice explaining that the count reflects the original creator's contact list, not the manager's. 

🔧 Growth Hub engagement widget counts now match the contact list 
The number shown on an engagement activity bucket widget did not always match the number of contacts shown when clicking through to view the list. This mismatch is now resolved, what you see on the widget is what you'll get in the contact flyout.

🔧Dashboard “Details” view now opening correctly
Clicking "Details" on a Growth Hub widget would sometimes do nothing. That's resolved—the expanded breakdown now opens as expected every time.

🔧Campaigns now visible for region-based users
Users whose account is set up by region rather than direct group membership were unable to see campaigns they created. Campaigns now appear correctly for region-scoped users.

MESSAGING & TEMPLATES

🔧 Managers with BTM access can now see the "Create a Broadcast" button
Managers with Broadcast Text Messaging (BTM) permissions weren't seeing the "Create a Broadcast" button on the Broadcasts page, even though they technically had permission to do it. This created unnecessary confusion and workarounds. The button now shows up for everyone who has access.

🔧{GROUP_NAME} template token resolved to the wrong group in BTM replies
When a user had multiple groups selected and replied to a Broadcast Text Message thread using a template containing the {GROUP_NAME} placeholder, the wrong group name was filled in. It’s fixed and the right group name will always appear. 

🔧Toggling “Send as link” in template editor didn’t enable the Save button
When editing a template that contained an image, checking the “Send as link” toggle was not recognized as a change, leaving the Save button disabled. Users were forced to make an additional edit to proceed. That friction is gone.

CONTACTS

🔧Blocked email contacts can no longer send messages through Webchat
Email addresses that had been blocked and deleted were still able to send messages into the inbox via the Webchat channel, creating new threads. Blocked contacts are now blocked from reaching the inbox across all channels.
