3/19/2026 Release Update
The following updates were released to production on March 19, 2026.
FIXED:
MESSAGING & TEMPLATES
🔧Adding attachments to broadcast messages no longer crashes
Trying to attach a file while composing a Broadcast message was triggering an error page — forcing users to start over or abandon the attachment entirely. That's resolved. Attachments can be added to Broadcast messages smoothly, without any interruption.
THREADS & CONVERSATIONS
🔧Mass close threads now reaches back to 2018
Why it matters: Many teams have a backlog of old, unresolved conversation threads that have been sitting open for years. The Mass Close Threads feature previously only allowed you to go back to 2021 — meaning anything older had to be closed manually, one by one. The date range has now been extended all the way back to January 1, 2018. Teams can finally clean up years of old threads in bulk.
SANDBOX & ACCTOUNT SETUP
🔧Sandbox reset now works on newly created accounts
Running a full Sandbox reset on a brand-new account would sometimes fail completely, which was especially frustrating for teams in onboarding or testing. This is now resolved. The reset works reliably regardless of how recently the account was created or how far along setup is.
