4/28/2026 Release Update

The following updates were released to production on April 28, 2026.

NEW: 

GROWTH HUB

✨ Custom Contact Fields — now available for all accounts
Admins can now create up to 20 custom fields for contact records in Settings > Account Settings > Contact Fields. Custom fields support text, date, and phone number formats, and appear throughout the app wherever contacts are created or edited — including the Contacts page, the New Contact form, and the Inbox. Fields can be toggled on or off at any time; turning one off hides it from view but keeps the data intact.

Note: do not use custom fields to store sensitive information like credit card numbers or SSNs.


IMPROVED and FIXED: 

ORDER AUTOMATION

🔧 Draft quotes now show the correct price total in quote history
Draft quotes in the quote history table were displaying $0 as the total, even when products had been added. The correct total now shows.

🔧 Pending and confirmed quotes now appear in contact and company quote history
Quotes in "pending" or "confirmed" states were missing from the Quote History view on Contact and Company pages, even though they showed up correctly on the main Quotes page. All quote statuses now appear in both places.

🔧 Clicking "Review Suggested Quote" on a completed order now shows the receipt
On a confirmed order in an open thread, clicking "Review Suggested Quote" was incorrectly showing items as if they were being added again. Clicking "Review Suggested Quote" now shows the order receipt along with a notice that the order has already been placed.


GROWTH HUB

🔧 "Print All Threads" no longer causes scroll or navigation issues
After clicking "Print All Threads" in a contact's Threads tab and closing the print dialog, scrolling became choppy and switching channel filters would re-open the print dialog unexpectedly. Both issues are now fixed.

🔧 Recommended contacts no longer disappear in campaign task creation
When creating a campaign task with suggested contacts, switching between Multiple Contacts and Single Contact mode was silently clearing the recommended contacts. The flow now clearly communicates what happens when switching modes.

🔧 Multiple issues in the Feedback section fixed
Two bugs were resolved: 1) Clicking into a feedback detail, closing it, then clicking another was returning a 404 error page. 2) Selecting groups in the group filter dropdown wasn't working — contents weren't updating, counts weren't changing, and selections weren't saving. Both are now fixed.

🔧 Custom field data no longer lost when a disabled field's contact is updated
If a custom contact field was disabled and that contact was then edited and saved, the data in the disabled field was being deleted. Disabled custom field data is now preserved when a contact is updated.

🔧 Task creation no longer shows an error message on success
Creating a new task was showing an error message even though the task was created successfully. Users will now see the correct success confirmation.

🔧 BTM audience count now loads correctly for system-created broadcasts
Opening a Broadcast Text Message created by a system user (rather than a named user) was causing an error in the Reachable Audience Count display. This is now fixed.


CONVERSATION HUB

🚀 Email signatures now stay in place when applying a template or stock message
Applying a template or stock message while composing an email was removing the user's email signature. Templates now replace only the message body and leave the signature in place. Stock messages are inserted before the signature rather than overwriting it.

🔧 Composer is now cleared when switching between threads
Text and attachments entered in the message composer were carrying over when switching to a different thread, which risked sending content to the wrong conversation. The composer is now fully cleared when you switch threads.


ENTERPRISE INTEGRATIONS & PARTNERSHIPS 

🚀 Webhooks now support internal messages
A new webhook event type (event_internal_message_sent) is now available for accounts using the REST API or webhook integrations. This opt-in event fires when a message is sent in an internal thread, allowing integration partners to capture or respond to internal team communications. Existing event_message_sent subscribers are not affected.


PROKEEP

🔧 V2 contact import now correctly saves opt-in field changes
When using the Bridge V2 contact import or update to change opt-in status fields, the changes appeared successful in the result file but weren't actually being saved. Opt-in field changes now save correctly.

🔧 Companies created via contact import now appear in search
Companies created through a V1 contact import weren't showing up in search results, even though they were accessible by clicking through from the associated contact. These companies are now correctly indexed and searchable immediately after import.

🔧 After-hours notification emails now send at the correct time
A timezone bug was causing after-hours notification summaries to be scheduled at the wrong time or on the wrong day. The scheduling logic has been corrected.

🔧 Thread close panel now appears correctly
When closing a thread, the "Thread Closed" confirmation panel wasn't appearing, leaving the view in an unclear state. The panel now shows reliably after a thread is closed.

🔧 Contact labels now display correctly after being added on the Contacts page
Labels added to a contact from the Contacts page were saving but showing up without any color or text. Labels now display with the correct color and name immediately after being applied.

🔧 Contact Hub list descriptions no longer cut off too early
In the Contact Hub, list descriptions were being cut off too soon with a large gap before the next column. The column now uses available space correctly and shows a tooltip with the full description on hover.
