The following updates were released to production on May 19, 2026.
NEW:
✨ Duplicate Automated Rules
Admins can now duplicate an existing automated rule instead of building each one from scratch. This makes it faster when you're setting up multiple similar routing or notification rules.
✨ 1-Minute Email Notification Delay Option
A new 1-minute delay option has been added to email notification settings, giving users finer-grained control over notification timing. Helpful for threads with rapid follow-up activity.
IMPROVED:
🚀 More accurate product matching
Order Automation just got better at understanding what your customers actually mean. The system now normalizes the wording in customer messages before searching your catalog (so casual or inconsistent terms still find the right product), and second, results are ranked by relevance instead of a flat match.
For HVAC customers: the system identifies the requested product type before searching, so results narrow to the most relevant items. Irrigation customers will get this same improvement soon. Counter reps and anyone reviewing quotes should see noticeably more accurate product suggestions, especially when product type context matters.

Order Automation
🔧No More Duplicate Quotes When Leaving the Quote Screen
Navigating away from the quote screen was triggering an extra quote-creation call behind the scenes, which created duplicate quotes and other unexpected side effects. That extra call has been removed.
🔧 Start Quote Button Now Behaves Correctly when Order Automation is Off
The Start Quote button was showing as active for accounts that don't have Order Automation enabled. It's now correctly disabled for those accounts.
🔧 Attachments Work in the Quote Workflow Again
Attaching files inside the quote workflow was broken. It's working now — users can attach files mid-quote without hitting errors.
🔧 Replacing Line Items Multiple Times No Longer Mismatches Data
If a user swapped out a line item more than once, the SKU and product data could fall out of sync. Each replacement now shows the correct product and SKU info.
Growth Hub
🔧 Satisfied Response Count Now Matches Across Views
The satisfied response count in Contact Hub didn't match the number shown in Feedback Details. Both views now show the same count.
🔧 Clear Error When Uploading an Unsupported File
Uploading an unsupported file type used to fail silently with no notice to the user . Users now get an immediate, clear error message telling them the file isn't supported.
🔧 BTM Users Without a Dedicated Channel Can Now Create Broadcasts
Users who had broadcast text message permissions but weren't assigned to a BTM channel were blocked from creating broadcasts. That restriction has been corrected.
Conversation Hub
🔧 Email Notifications Now Scoped to Your Groups
Users were getting email notifications for threads in groups they aren't part of. Notifications now stay within the groups you actually belong to.
🔧 Search Page No Longer Freezes Browsers
The search page was making browsers unresponsive for some users. That performance issue is fixed.
Prokeep
🔧 Files With Special Characters in Their Names Process Correctly
Files with a forward slash in the filename were failing to process. Files with special characters in their names now go through without issue.
🔧 Inbound Emails From Long Email Addresses No Longer Drop
Inbound emails sent from unusually long sender addresses were failing to ingest. They now come through successfully.
🔧 Bridge Email Simulator Handles Attachments (Bridge admin only) — The Bridge email simulator was throwing an unknown error whenever a simulated email included attachments. Prokeep staff can now test email payloads with attachments without hitting that error.
🔧 Large Files in Message Signatures No Longer Cause an Error
Uploading a large image or file to your message signature was triggering an error. That's resolved.
🔧 Thread Transfers to-Group-then-to-User Now Work
If a thread had already been transferred to a group, transferring it again to an individual user would fail. Both transfer types now work back-to-back without errors.
🔧 Threads With Many Image Attachments Load Quickly
Threads containing multiple image attachments were loading slowly and going unresponsive. They now load fast and stay responsive.
🔧 Templates No Longer Pull in Unexpected Data
When composing a message from a template, unintended data from the compose state was sneaking into the sent message. Template messages now contain only the intended content.
🔧 Admins Can Access the Feedback Page Again
Admins had lost access to the Feedback page and couldn't review customer satisfaction data. Access is restored.
🔧 Campaign Manager List Loads Correctly
The All Campaigns list in Campaign Manager was stuck in an endless loading state. It now loads as expected.
