NEW: 

Order Automation

✨ Epicor Eclipse contacts and company sync is live.  
Prokeep automatically syncs contacts and companies from Eclipse on a scheduled basis — a one-time full sync on setup, then incremental syncs to stay current. A manual sync option is also available from the integration setup page. When conflicts are detected, account admins receive a report.

IMPROVED & BUG FIXES:

Order Automation

🔧 Replacing a product in a quote and re-adding it no longer creates a duplicate line item.
In the quote flow, swapping out a product and then re-adding it was creating a second line item instead of increasing the quantity on the existing one. This is fixed.

🔧 Infor CSD: Quote updates now go through to the ERP correctly.
Quote updates were failing for Infor CSD accounts because an incorrect value was being sent to the ERP. This has been corrected and updates now process as expected.

🔧 Required fields in the quote header are now marked in red, not gray.
The asterisks on required fields in the quote info panel were showing up in gray. They now display in red as intended, so it's clear which fields need to be filled before submitting.

🔧 Setting a quote to Pickup no longer reverts to Delivery when the quote is reopened.
If a quote's fulfillment method was set to Pickup and the quote was then reopened or accepted, it was switching back to Delivery on its own. The selected fulfillment method now sticks through all quote state changes.

🔧 Messages with only an attachment now trigger Order Automation product recommendations.
If a message had an attachment but no text, Order Automation was skipping it entirely — no product recommendation would be generated. These messages are now processed correctly.

Growth Hub

🔧 Users who participated in internal messages can close threads again. A data issue was causing the option to close a thread to disappear for users who had been part of an internal messaging thread. The underlying issue is resolved.

🔧 Task template flyout no longer overflows or flickers when previewing long templates. Selecting a long saved message template when creating a task was causing the flyout panel to overflow and the preview button to flash. Both are fixed — the flyout displays correctly regardless of template length.

Prokeep

🔧 P21: Two quote bugs are fixed — adding products and saving PO/fulfillment updates now work correctly.
Adding a product to a quote when the contact had no linked company was throwing an error. Separately, saving a new PO number or fulfillment method was wiping out existing line items. Both are resolved.

🔧 Contacts filter in Reporting now works for all locations.
The filter was breaking for certain locations when a contact's associated company had no identifying information on file. This edge case is handled and the filter works correctly everywhere.
