✨ Company aliases now appear when searching in quote compose
When composing a quote and searching for a contact or company, alias entries now show up and are grouped under their parent company. Selecting an alias resolves it immediately — there's no extra step to confirm the account. External IDs also appear in the result subtext to help confirm the right record.

Data & AI Platform

✨ Search results now show why a product matched
When a product search result matches on something other than the product name — such as an item number, manufacturer number, or quick code — the matched field and value are now displayed alongside the result. This lets counter reps immediately confirm they've found the right product when searching by part number or code.

Order Automation

🚀 Quotes page now shows only quotes you worked on
The Quotes page no longer shows empty, system-generated drafts that were never opened by a rep. Only quotes that were actively worked on appear in the list, and all quote counts and totals reflect only those quotes.

Growth Hub

🔧 Saving a bulk message as a template now carries the message content
When clicking "Save as template" while composing a bulk text message, the template form now opens with the message already filled in. Previously, the form opened blank and required the message to be retyped.

Conversation Hub

🔧 Email notifications for unread messages now send reliably
Two separate issues were causing email notifications for unread messages to not send in certain situations: one affecting claimed email threads when a new message arrived after the user navigated away, and one affecting threads started from within Prokeep when the other party replied. Both are fixed.

Data and AI Platform

🚀 PO number auto-fill is now available for all accounts
When a customer message contains a PO number, it's automatically populated in the PO Number field on the quote. This was previously available only to select accounts and is now on for everyone.

🚀 Product data updates are more reliable and preserve enrichment
The product data pipeline now merges incoming records rather than replacing the full product list each time it runs. Enriched metadata — like search keywords and relevance scores — is preserved across updates, resulting in more consistent product search results over time.

Enterprise Integrations & Partnerships

🔧 CDK integration no longer sends duplicate order status SMS notifications
For accounts using the CDK integration, customers were occasionally receiving the same order status text twice. This could happen when Fortellis fired the same webhook event more than once, or when a failed job was retried. The fix holds across integration restarts.

Prokeep

🔧 Tag icon no longer appears on threads with no tags
When the contact panel is open, threads with no tags were showing a tag icon with a count of 0. The icon is now hidden unless tags are actually applied to the thread.

🔧 Company discrepancy warning icon now displays correctly The warning icon shown next to company and account number fields when a contact has a company discrepancy was rendering as a black bold dot due to a styling conflict. It now displays as a recognizable warning icon with correct size and alignment.

🔧 Contacts filter in reporting now works across all locations
The Contacts filter in OG Reporting now applies correctly regardless of which location is selected. Previously, it worked for some locations but not others when toggling within the same account.

🔧 Email attachments on Microsoft 365 emails now process correctly
Inbound emails received through Microsoft 365 integrations were failing to process attachments, causing emails to arrive with files missing. This is now fixed.

🔧 Order Automation suggested quotes now trigger consistently
Qualifying customer messages on OA-enabled accounts were intermittently failing to trigger a suggested quote. The root cause has been resolved and suggested quotes now appear reliably for all qualifying messages.

🔧 SMS thread loading no longer causes the app to hang
Opening certain SMS threads was causing the application to become unresponsive and block navigation to other threads. A related layout issue — where the "Load Previous Thread" link and "Claim Thread" button overlapped at the top of the thread — is also fixed.
