The following updates were released to production on June 23, 2026.
NEW:
Order Automation
✨ Each location's product catalog now syncs on its own independent schedule
Product catalogs stay up to date automatically, and each location runs its sync on its own timeline — no more coordinating around a shared sync window. Operators have direct control over when each location's integration syncs.
Data & AI Platform
✨ Search results now show why a product matched
When searching for products, counter reps can see a badge on each result showing why it came up — whether it matched by part number, description, or another attribute. Makes it faster to confirm the right item and builds confidence in search results.

Order Automation
🚀 Quote details are automatically saved before you send or convert
Counter reps no longer risk losing unsaved work when sending or converting a quote. The system now saves at the right point in the workflow, so partial or missing data won't reach the ERP.
🚀 The location dropdown only shows locations where Order Automation is active
When starting a quote, reps will only see locations that have Order Automation enabled. This reduces confusion and the chance of accidentally creating a quote for a location that can't process it.
🚀 Clearer warnings when you have unsaved changes in the quote details drawer
The quote details drawer now makes it more obvious when there's unsaved data, so reps are less likely to dismiss the drawer before saving. This applies to both inbound and outbound quote flows.
🚀 Outbound quoting now matches the inbox quoting experience
Reps who start a quote from the Quotes page will now have the same streamlined workflow as reps working from the inbox. The two flows are now consistent, removing a significant friction point for outbound quoting.
🚀 Line item search opens ready to type
When adding a line item to a quote, the search field now automatically has focus — no extra click needed. Reps can start typing immediately, which is especially helpful when building multi-line quotes.
🚀 Pricing configuration is now restricted to admins
The Adjustable Margin and Price Editing setting can no longer be changed by non-admin users. Account admins have full control and confidence that pricing configuration is protected.
BUG FIXES
Order Automation
🔧 Adding items to a reused quote now works reliably
Counter reps can add or modify line items when reusing an existing quote without running into a broken product search state.
🔧 Editing a quote no longer accidentally opens the create quote flow
Counter reps can now reliably edit existing quotes without being unexpectedly redirected to the create quote screen, regardless of how they navigated to the Quotes page.
🔧 The quote drawer no longer reappears when switching conversations
Moving from one inbox thread to another will no longer cause the quote slideout to pop up unexpectedly on the new conversation.
🔧 Order Automation UI no longer appears for accounts that don't have it
Accounts without Order Automation enabled will no longer see OA-specific elements — like the "Find Product Matches" button or product detected messages — in their inbox.
Data & AI Platform
🔧 Email signature images no longer trigger false product matches
Logos, icons, and other images embedded in email signatures will no longer be flagged as product images or generate spurious product matches. The inbox is cleaner and product detection is more accurate.
🔧 The Order Report no longer times out
The Order Report loads reliably for all accounts.
Conversation Hub
🔧 Email signature now appears on your very first login
Users with an email signature configured will see it pre-populated in the compose box on every email thread — including the first one after logging in. Previously, the signature wouldn't appear until a subsequent session.
🔧 Thread tags no longer duplicate when first saved
Applying a tag to a thread will no longer result in duplicate tags appearing.
Prokeep Platform
🔧 BTM audience counts are now accurate
When building a broadcast text message list, contact counts shown across the audience and opted-out tabs are now consistent and accurate. The opted-out tab also correctly displays all contacts regardless of their specific opt-out reason.
🔧 Attachments with special characters in the filename now come through correctly
Files with slashes or other special characters in their filename will now be received and processed correctly, rather than quietly failing.
🔧 Visiting a contact update page no longer incorrectly triggers an opt-out
Contacts who visit their update page and submit without changing their opt-in preference will no longer receive an erroneous removal message or be incorrectly marked as opted out.
