The following updates were released to production on July 07, 2026.
IMPROVED
Order Automation
🚀 Inform (DDI) integration now supports full product catalog import
Customers on the Inform integration can now get their complete product catalog into Prokeep, so checkout and search return real product results.
🚀 Image text processing can now be turned on or off per group
Accounts with multiple groups can now enable or disable image-based text extraction for individual groups, without changing the setting for the rest of the account.
FIXED
Order Automation
🔧 Eclipse integration: discontinued products no longer appear in search
Products that are purged or marked non-stock in Eclipse are now excluded from search and automated product matching.
🔧 Wise integration: missing products in search fixed
Products from the Wise integration that weren't showing up in search or recommendations due to a missing group association are now fixed.
🔧 Wise integration: deleted and reassigned products no longer shown as available
Products marked as deleted or reassigned in Wise are now correctly excluded from being shown as available.
Prokeep Platform
🔧 Message timestamps now stay inline with sender names in conversations
Message timestamps in conversation threads now stay inline with the sender's name instead of dropping to a second line.
🔧 Save button now appears after removing a contact's Account Rep
Removing the Account Rep from a contact now correctly shows the Save button, without needing the previous workaround.
