🚀 Incremental catalog sync for Infor, sandbox improvements for Eclipse
Catalog sync for the Infor integration now supports incremental updates in addition to full backfills. The Eclipse integration also received sandbox improvements, including delivery address controls and shipping method selection.

Order Automation

🔧 Delivery address now updates correctly when transferring a quote
Transferring a quote to a different customer now correctly updates the delivery address instead of keeping the previous customer's address.

🔧 PO number field now saves correctly when pressing Enter
Typing an existing PO number and pressing Enter now correctly selects it instead of failing to save.

🔧 Converted quotes can now be reopened without an error
Quotes can now be reopened right after being converted to an order without an error.

🔧 Saving a quote with a blank delivery address no longer causes an error
Saving an outbound quote with no delivery address no longer causes an error or clears the customer and PO number fields.

🔧 Orders can no longer confirm with missing required account information
Converting a quote to an order now shows an error instead of silently confirming an incomplete $0 order when required account information is missing.

🔧 PDF attachments now process correctly
PDF attachments sent in a thread are now reliably scanned and processed, regardless of the message text sent along with them.

🔧 Fixed an error adding items to a quote
Resolved an error that could prevent adding line items to a quote.

Data and AI Platform

🔧 Order Report no longer shows "Unassigned" for bulk-approved orders
Quotes approved in bulk are now correctly attributed to the approving user in the Order Report instead of showing as "Unassigned."

Growth Hub

🔧 Reachable audience on a sent BTM (Broadcast Text Message) no longer changes after sending
The reachable audience shown for a sent BTM now stays accurate and stable instead of changing after the message was sent.

Conversation Hub

🔧 Notification sound now plays for threads you're kept in the loop on
Users who choose to stay in the loop on a transferred thread now hear the notification sound for new messages, as expected.

Prokeep

🔧 Message text no longer jumps when hovering over inbox messages
Hovering over inbox messages and attachments no longer causes the message text to jump between lines.

🔧 Failed text messages are now correctly marked as failed
Text messages that fail to send are now correctly flagged as failed, so you're not left assuming an undelivered message went out.

🔧 Fewer incomplete image and PDF scans
Large or complex images and PDFs are now far less likely to be cut off partway through scanning. If a scan is still incomplete, you'll see a clear warning with a Retry option.

🔧 Contact updates no longer remove a company association
Updating contacts no longer accidentally removes their associated company.
