08/04/2026 Release Update

The following updates were released to production on August 04, 2026.

NEW

Order Automation

View email and image attachments alongside the quote
Attachments now display side by side with the quote in one screen, making it faster to review quotes with confidence.

Unmatched products now show up as "No Match" line items on the quote
When a customer message mentions a product Prokeep can't automatically match to your catalog, it now appears as a "No Match" line item, in the order it was mentioned. You can search for and select the correct product, or delete the line if it isn't needed.

FIXED

Order Automation

🔧 Quotes now send by email when the thread's channel is email
Quotes on inbound threads now use the thread's own channel instead of defaulting to text incorrectly. If a contact has both a phone number and email on file, the quote will now fall back to email rather than failing to send.

🔧 Contact syncing no longer stops on duplicate contact matches
Contact syncing now handles duplicate contact matches gracefully instead of stopping partway through.

Prokeep

🔧 Account rep reassigns correctly when a team member changes locations
When a user moves to a different location group, they're no longer left as the account rep for contacts at their previous location — messages now route to the correct rep.

🔧 Numeric product codes no longer break quote creation
A product mentioned by a numeric code was sometimes mistaken for the quote's purchase order number, which could cause quote creation to fail. This is now handled correctly.

🔧 Administrators can now save contact edits from Settings > Manage Contacts
Saving changes to a contact from Settings > Manage Contacts no longer returns an error for Administrators.

🔧 "Print All Threads" now respects your active thread-type filter
Printing all threads from a contact's Threads tab now prints only the filtered thread type instead of every thread type, and the filtered view stays in place after closing the print preview.
