Order Automation
✨ Replacement product cards now show stock availability and price
When replacing a product on a quote, reps can see stock availability and customer-specific price directly on the suggested replacement card, so they can confirm the right fit without checking the ERP separately.
✨ External ID now visible on Contact and Company cards
The External ID field now appears on Contact and Company cards in the inbox and Quote History. Admins can edit it directly in Prokeep, with all changes tracked in the audit log — no full re-import needed to fix a missing or incorrect ID.

🚀 Product search now searches all fields by default
Product search previously defaulted to SKU only. It now searches across all fields by default, making it easier to find products on a first try.

🔧 Both orders on a thread now trigger confirmation messages
When a contact received two separate quotes on the same thread, only the first order triggered an automated confirmation message. Both orders now trigger their own confirmation.
🔧 Products listed in the email body no longer missing from quotes
When an inbound email had products listed in both an attachment and the message body, products from the body were occasionally left out of the resulting quote. Both sources are now reliably combined.
🔧 "View Quote" button no longer clickable multiple times
The "View Quote" button on a thread stayed active after being clicked, risking accidental repeat actions. It's now disabled after the first click.
🔧 Quote History "All Fields" search now returns accurate results
Searching Quote History with "All Fields" mode sometimes returned no results even when a SKU-only search worked. Search now returns accurate results in either mode.
Data and AI Platform
🔧 Multiple quick codes now retained on ERP sync
Products with multiple quick codes were only keeping the most recently synced code instead of all of them. All quick codes are now retained, and quick code search now also ranks exact matches above partial matches.
🔧 Corrected image transcriptions now update the quote
When a rep corrected the transcribed text on an image after a quote was already generated from it, the quote didn't reflect the correction. The quote now shows a loading state and automatically updates with the corrected products once re-processing completes.
Prokeep
🔧 "No external ID" error no longer appears incorrectly when saving a quote
Reassigning a quote to a different company could incorrectly show a "company has no external ID" error even when the ID was set correctly. Quotes now save as expected.
🔧 Associating an existing company with a contact now saves correctly
Selecting an existing company for a contact and clicking Save would silently do nothing if the contact had a phone number in a non-standard format. This now saves correctly.
