08/18/2026 Release Update

The following updates were released to production on August 18, 2026.

 NEW

Order Automation

Order Report now shows quoting locations for an individual account

The Individual Account tab of the Order Report includes a new Locs card counting all locations that have at least one quote. Clicking it lists those location names.

Enterprise Integrations

Infor CloudSuite Distribution contact and company sync

Contact and company data from Infor CSD now syncs to Prokeep continuously after the initial load, so new and updated customer records flow through automatically. The sync matches against existing contacts before creating new ones, and conflicts that can't be resolved automatically are surfaced to admins.

Prokeep

Email attachments can now be previewed without downloading

PDF and image attachments on email threads previously had to be downloaded before they could be seen. They can now be previewed in place, with download and print available from the preview.

FIXED

Order Automation

🔧 Custom delivery addresses now reach Acumatica

When a quote or order used a delivery address that wasn't already on file for the customer in Acumatica, that address was dropped and Acumatica used the customer's default address instead — including for tax calculation. Orders now sync with the delivery address that was actually entered.

🔧 Replacement product price and availability now show for all ERPs

The replacement product flow shows price and stock for each suggested replacement item. On Infor CSD, Inform, and Eclipse, those items showed as not found. Price and availability now display correctly on every supported ERP.

🔧 Missing stock quantities no longer display as "NaN"

When an ERP returned no value for stock availability, the quantity displayed as "NaN." Missing values are now handled cleanly.

Prokeep

🔧 Thread history no longer jumps on conversations with images

On threads containing image attachments, the view scrolled and repositioned itself while text was being extracted, making messages appear to skip around. Scroll position now stays put, in both the open threads view and thread history from the contact book.
