✨ Quotes for contacts without a company can now use a Generic Account
Admins can designate a company as the Generic Account for their account, with an optional per-location override. When a quote request comes from a contact with no company, reps get a one-click "Use Generic Account" option instead of picking a company manually, and it doesn't change the contact's own company association.

✨ Inform product catalog can now update automatically, without a manual upload
The DDI Inform product catalog can now be delivered automatically instead of requiring a manual file upload, so the catalog stays current without anyone uploading a file by hand.

🚀 Faster, more reliable inventory syncs for multi-location distributors
The P21 location inventory sync now runs one job per location instead of a single job pulling every location at once. Distributors with a large number of locations get faster syncs that no longer hit performance limits.

🚀 Inform product catalog search now includes short code lookup
Product catalog search for the DDI Inform integration now supports looking products up by short code, alongside the existing SKU, title, and description search.

🔧 Infor CSD quotes no longer create duplicate documents
Editing a quote's line items, sending it to a contact, or converting it to an order previously created a brand-new document number in Infor each time and abandoned the original. Quotes now update in place, so the quote number stays the same through edits, sends, and conversion to an order, and line items added on the Infor side (like core charges) are now brought into Prokeep instead of being removed on the next sync.

🔧 Infor CSD quote line items no longer price at $0 when the default warehouse has no price
Some product and customer combinations priced at $0 because pricing was always requested against the customer's default warehouse in Infor, which doesn't always carry a price for every product. A new "Use Default Warehouse for Pricing" option in integration settings can be turned off for an affected customer, which prices against all warehouses and uses the quote's own warehouse price instead.

🔧 Contact details no longer applied across unrelated companies with matching placeholder names
Contact imports matched records on name alone as a last resort, which caused phone and email details for generic placeholder names like "Accounts Payable" or "Unknown" to be applied across unrelated companies that happened to share that name. These placeholder names are now excluded from name-only matching.

🔧 Negative stock no longer shown as available when replacing product matches
Negative stock values were previously displayed in green and marked as in stock. Negative availability is no longer shown, and negative quantities are never presented as in stock.

🔧 Viewing a quote on a closed thread no longer shows an incorrect claim message
Clicking "View Quote" on a completed order in a closed thread showed a message asking the rep to claim the conversation first, even though the thread was already claimed. That message now only appears when the thread is genuinely unclaimed.

Growth Hub

🔧 Campaign back navigation now returns you to where you left off
Opening a campaign from the Ended tab and clicking back previously returned to the Active tab at the top of the list. Back navigation now returns to the tab and scroll position you came from, and campaign names are now links.

Enterprise Integrations

🔧 Creating a company by external ID through the API no longer returns a server error
Creating a company by external ID without also supplying the account it belongs to previously failed with a server error; this is fixed. A company's account assignment can also no longer be set or changed through client-supplied values on the API, closing a gap where a company could be reassigned to the wrong account.

Prokeep

🔧 Contact Book search now shows all of a manager's location companies
Managers searching Contact Book couldn't find certain companies at their location, even though those same companies appeared in the exported contact list. Companies without a direct location assignment are now included for a manager when the user who created them shares a location with that manager, so search results match the contact export.

🔧 Tables and embedded images in emails now display correctly
Emails containing tables previously failed to render and lost styling due to how table column sizing was handled. Emails using column groups now display correctly, so order confirmations and supplier quotes with tables and embedded images show up properly in Prokeep.
