Contact and company records now display their associated companies and account aliases directly on the record, making it easier to find and select the right account when creating a quote.

When creating or editing a quote, you can now search for and assign any company to the quote instead of being limited to the contact's default account.

The line items table header in the Quote Workspace now stays in view while scrolling through a long quote, making it easier to reference column headers.
🚀 Contact import now prioritizes mobile numbers for texting
Contact import now uses a contact's mobile number as their primary phone number when available, improving text message delivery reliability.

🚀 CDK contact sync and parts sales sync can now be turned on or off independently
CDK integrations can now have contact sync and parts sales sync turned on or off independently, and independently by department, instead of one all-or-nothing toggle.

Fixed a display issue where an email attachment's label text could overlap with its scan status indicator at narrow window widths.
🔧 Deleting a P21 integration credential in Bridge now confirms correctly
Fixed an issue in Bridge where deleting a P21 integration credential showed an error page instead of confirming the deletion.
🔧 Orders now convert correctly for vendor numbers that are round numbers
Resolved an issue that could cause Infor CSD order conversion to fail when a vendor number was a round number (e.g., 5200).
🔧 Orders no longer placed on hold due to a submission error
Resolved an issue causing some Infor CSD orders to be automatically placed on hold due to an order submission error.
🔧 AI-drafted quotes now convert to orders successfully
Resolved an issue where quotes automatically drafted by Prokeep's AI could fail to convert to an Infor order due to a missing order type.
🔧 Replacing a line item on a quote no longer fails for long product descriptions
Resolved an issue where replacing a line item on a quote would fail if the replacement product's catalog description was very long.

🔧 Web Connect confirmation texts no longer repeat the account name
For accounts where the group name already identifies the business, the automated Web Connect "Reply YES" confirmation text no longer repeats the account name.
🔧 Missed emails in Microsoft Graph mailboxes are now automatically recovered
Fixed an issue where some emails delivered to a Microsoft Graph-connected mailbox weren't brought into Prokeep. A new automatic check now catches and recovers any missed messages.
