Accounts on the Acumatica ERP can now sync company and contact information automatically, keeping records up to date without manual entry.

🚀 Linked accounts now show up faster when creating quotes
When creating a quote and selecting a contact, accounts already linked to that contact now appear in a dedicated section at the top of the company list, making it faster to pick the right one.
🚀 More accurate contact matching from ERP data
Improved how incoming contact data is matched to existing customer records, reducing incorrect matches and improving data quality for accounts with automated contact imports.

🔧 Quote totals off by a cent for some ERP integrations
Quote totals could be off by a cent after edits like a quantity change, for accounts using certain ERP integrations. Totals now stay accurate.
🔧 Eclipse ship-via not updating on quote changes
Fixed an issue where changing a quote's shipping method wasn't being reflected on synced Eclipse orders. Ship-via now updates correctly every time a quote changes.
🔧 Eclipse quotes not showing when company/contact can no longer be changed
Once a quote has synced to Eclipse, the company and contact can no longer be reassigned. The quote details panel now shows a clear message explaining this instead of silently failing to save the change.
🔧 Contacts not visible across all their locations
Fixed an issue where a contact who does business with more than one branch location wasn't visible to reps at every branch they're associated with.
🔧 Closed threads not showing after visiting quote history
Fixed a bug where navigating from a closed thread to quote history and back caused the closed threads list to appear empty until the page was refreshed.
🔧 Non-functional setup wizard visible to customers
Removed a broken "ERP Integration Setup" wizard that was visible to some customers managing Order Automation but wasn't actually functional.
🔧 Infor CSD integration broken for on-premise customers
Fixed the Infor CSD integration for customers running an on-premise (not cloud-hosted) system, which had stopped working entirely due to a technical mismatch. Quote creation, order conversion, pricing, and stock lookups are working again.

🔧 Claimed threads still showing as unclaimed
Fixed an issue where a conversation already claimed by one team member could keep showing up as unclaimed for others, including continuing to trigger notification sounds.
🔧Dashboard region filter now stays on
The "Filter By Region" toggle on the Dashboard now stays enabled across logins instead of resetting every time.

🔧 Error when updating contact opt-in preferences
Fixed a crash that occurred when updating a contact's opt-in settings from the contact panel on a conversation.
