Providing additional information into beta features being tested
Starting in March 2025, you may have access to leverage beta features in your Prokeep account. Certain beta features may be available for longer periods than others while our Product Delivery Team evaluates their usage/adoption and determines how to release them at a broader scale. In some cases, features may only appear for a week or so.
As of March 13...Contacts by Activity Level
One feature you may have noticed being tested now include a "Contacts by Activity Level" widget within your Prokeep Dashboard. This feature focuses on contact activity defined as inbound messages from up to the last 2 years.
You can filter this view by ‘No Activity’ (never sent a message to any of your lines), ‘Little Activity’ (less than one message per quarter on average), ‘Quarterly’, ‘Monthly’, and ‘Weekly+’. Upon clicking on one of these classifications, a report with those contacts will be generated and delivered to you via email.
How you leverage this data is your choice, but we hope you'll find value in using it to clean up, re-engage, and organize your contacts.
At some point, you will be prompted to provide feedback to the Product Delivery Team on how we can make this information actionable and work best for you.

In-thread Opt-In Consent Collection Stock Message
More specific to our customers leveraging Broadcast Text Message, you will now be notified when a customer you're working with in Prokeep has not opted-in to receive Broadcast Text Messages from you. That notification appears as a stock response (similar to those pictured below) within an open Thread, which you can choose to send to solicit a response from your customer to opt them in to receive Broadcast Texts. At this time, contact records will still need to be updated manually when a response is received wishing to be opted-in to broadcast texts.
With this stock message available, collecting opt-in should be easier. With more of your contacts opted-in to receive broadcast texts, your broadcast efficacy rate increases!
Customer Profile Page
From a conversation thread, users will be able to send a Contact Update form to contacts via SMS. This form is stored within a secure Prokeep-hosted page that will provide the contact an opportunity to fill out/complete their profile information. When that information is filled out, the contact record will be updated in Prokeep. As a security measure before any profile changes are accepted, they will be required to enter a code that is sent to their mobile device.
This feature should enable better contact completeness, and reduce manual data entry efforts for your Prokeep users.
