Configuring the Anarus and Prokeep Integration
The Anarus integration automatically pulls orders and messages from your Anarus mobile eCom app into your Prokeep workflow. This allows your team to manage all incoming customer orders and messages from a single, centralized Prokeep inbox. This is a bidirectional integration, meaning your representatives can respond directly to these messages within Prokeep, and the responses will sync back to Anarus.
This integration is managed by Anarus. Your role as an Administrator is to generate API credentials in Prokeep and share them securely with your Anarus Account Manager.
Before you begin- You must log in as a Prokeep user with an Administrator role.
- You must have an active Anarus mobile eCom app account.
- You should notify your Anarus Account Manager before starting this process.
- Log into your Prokeep account.
- In the navigation menu, go to Settings and select API.
- Click Create an application.
- Click Generate Credentials.
- Copy the username and password credentials exactly as they appear.
- Click Confirm.
Step 2: Send credentials to AnarusImportant note: You cannot retrieve these credentials after you close the window. Ensure you copy them to a secure location or a secret-sharing tool before confirming.
Because these credentials provide access to your account, Prokeep recommends using a secure secret-sharing tool (such as https://secretshare.prokeep.com/) to pass the information to your Anarus representative.
- Paste your copied credentials into your chosen secure sharing tool.
- Set an expiration date and add a passphrase to secure the link.
- Email your Anarus Account Manager with the following information:
- The secure secret URL and passphrase.
- Your specific Prokeep URL.
Anarus will handle the remaining configuration on their end. Once the integration is live, the system will process data automatically:
- Order notifications: Any order placed within Anarus will generate a corresponding order message in your Prokeep inbox.
- Two-way messaging: Messages sent from Anarus will land in your Prokeep inbox. Your team can reply directly from Prokeep, and the customer will receive the response in Anarus.

- How to verify it is working: The integration is functioning correctly when messages flow seamlessly from Anarus into Prokeep, and responses sent from Prokeep successfully reach Anarus.
