  • Sent On: The date and time when the broadcast was sent.
  • Recipients: The total number of contacts eligible to receive your message.
  • Responded: The number of people who replied to the broadcast. These replies can be viewed in your inbox.

    • Sent: The percentage and number of contacts the message was successfully sent to.
    • Failed: Messages that couldn’t be delivered (you’ll also see the reason if provided by the carrier).

      • Reasons A Message Might Fail

        • Sending messages to numbers that cannot accept them

        • Carrier delivery issues: Either our carrier partner or the service providers (Verizon, ATT, etc.) encountered issues transmitting the message.

        • Invalid phone number entry (a typo in the phone number)

Note: Carriers won't always provide reasons for messages failure. If you have any questions, please contact Prokeep Support by emailing support@prokeep.com or by phone at (504) 226-7756.

    • Responded: Contacts who replied to your message.
    • Unsubscribed: Contacts who opted out by replying STOP.
