Enabling Notifications
Note: Upon initial login, Microsoft Edge will ask you if you want to enable notifications. You must click "Allow" to enable browser notifications.
If you did not enable notifications, see the troubleshooting steps below.
Troubleshooting Notification Issues
Step 1: Log into Prokeep

Open Microsoft Edge on your device.

Log into your Prokeep account.
Step 2: Access Site Settings
In the upper-left corner of the browser, click the lock icon next to the URL.
Step 3: Check Notification Permissions

Under the "Notifications" section, ensure it is set to Allow.

If the "Notifications" option is not visible:

Click the three horizontal dots in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Select "Settings"

In the menu on the left, select Privacy and Security.

Locate the "Permissions" section and set Notifications to Allow.
- If you would like to receive pop-up notifications, set Pop-ups & redirects to Allow.

Step 4: Refresh the Page

After adjusting the settings, refresh the page to apply the changes.
Notifications should now be enabled
