      How to Submit Product Feedback

      We value your feedback! Sharing your thoughts helps us improve Prokeep to better meet your needs. Follow the steps to submit feedback directly through the platform.

       How to Submit Product Feedback

      1. Click the Help Icon

        • Locate the ? icon at the bottom of the menu on the left-hand side of your screen and click it.

      2. Title Your Request

        • Add a clear title for your feedback or request in the designated field.

      3. Enter Your Feedback

        • Use the text box to share your feedback, suggestions, or requests in detail.

      4. Click Submit

        • Once you’ve completed your feedback, click the Submit Request button to send it to our team.

      ProTip: If you prefer a larger form, click Open in Portal. This will open a full-sized version of the feedback form. From there, follow the same steps to submit your feedback.
