Resetting Your Prokeep Password

This guide walks you through resetting your Prokeep password.

Before you begin Add no-reply@prokeep.com to your email contacts or approved sender list. This ensures the reset email reaches your inbox.

  • Open Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
  • Go to your company's Prokeep login page. If you don't know the URL, contact Support at support@prokeep.com.
  • Click "Forgot Password?"

  • Enter your email address.
  • Click "Submit."
  • Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@prokeep.com.
  • If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
  • Click the reset link in the email, or copy and paste it into a supported browser.
  • Create a new password.

Password Requirements

Your new password must include:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter
  • At least one number (0-9)
