Welcome to the first release of 2025! There are several enhancements to get excited about below.

Broadcast Text Reporting Export User Experience Improvement

We’ve made exporting reporting data for multiple sent Broadcasts easier by introducing a multi-select feature to the user interface. 

API Enhancement: Improved Send Message Endpoint

We’re excited to announce a new enhancement to our API messaging functionality. You can now send messages using Prokeep Contact IDs and Prokeep Contact External IDs. This means no more need to store contact phone numbers in an external system or perform a GET call to retrieve them before sending a message.

For added convenience, this endpoint will continue to support direct phone number entry for message sending, giving you even more flexibility to integrate and streamline your workflows.

This update makes our API more powerful and adaptable, so you can focus on what matters most—your business! As always, API documentation can be found here. 

Closed Thread Panel

We’re rolling out a new feature designed to enhance your experience. If any key contact information—like First Name, Last Name, or Company—is missing, you’ll be prompted to fill it in, ensuring your records are always complete.

Plus, this update gives you access to important stats that show how quickly you’re helping your customers. You'll see metrics like Time to Claim and Time to Close, giving you valuable insights into your response times and service efficiency.

With these improvements, staying organized and delivering excellent service has never been easier!
