Using the Single Group Dashboard

The Single Group Dashboard is designed to streamline your experience by providing a centralized view of your group’s data and actions. Follow this guide to navigate the interface and maximize its features.

Key Elements

1. Header Section

  • Group Name: Displays the name of the group currently being viewed.
  • Unclaimed Conversations: Displays the number of new, unclaimed threads in the inbox waiting to be responded to.
  • Open Conversations: Displays the number of open, claimed conversations in the inbox.
  • Active Conversations Across Your Channels: Displays a graph showing all open conversations and their specific channel type.

2. User Overview

    • Allows you to view key user stats, such as average time to claim and how many conversations have been claimed, transferred, and closed.

Using the Multi-Group Dashboard

The Multi-Group Dashboard is designed to enhance your experience by providing a centralized view of multiple groups’ data and activities. This streamlined interface allows you to monitor and manage several groups at once, offering an overview of each group’s key metrics and recent actions in a single, convenient location.

1. Header Section

  • Group Name: Displays the number of groups selected to view
  • Unclaimed Conversations: Displays the number of new, unclaimed threads in the inbox, organized from the highest to the lowest number of unclaimed threads.
  • Open Conversations: Displays the number of open, claimed conversations in the inbox organized from the highest to the lowest number of open conversations.
  • Active Conversations Across Your Channels: Displays a graph showing all open conversations and their specific channel type.

 

2. Group Breakdown

    • Allows you to view key group stats, such as the number of users, closed conversations, average time to close, claimed conversations, and average time to claim.
