Send automated delivery text notifications from Epicor Elite EXTRA through Prokeep to your customers
Requirements
Before getting started, you’ll need:

An active Epicor Elite EXTRA account

A Prokeep Plus (or higher) subscription plan

API access is required for this integration, and only Prokeep Plus or higher plans include API access

A list of branches in Prokeep and their Prokeep phone numbers that should send notifications
Overview
The Epicor Elite EXTRA integration allows your customers to receive text message notifications when their orders are out for delivery. Notifications flow directly from Elite EXTRA through Prokeep to your customer, giving them clear and timely updates on their order status.
This integration is fully managed by Epicor Elite EXTRA. To get started, you will need to work with your Elite EXTRA Account Manager. Prokeep does not configure or support this integration directly.
Setup Instructions

Contact Epicor Elite EXTRA

Reach out to your Epicor Elite EXTRA Account Manager to request the Prokeep integration. They will guide you through the process.

Create Your Prokeep API Key

In your Prokeep account (admin access required):

Go to Settings > API

Create a new application

Click Generate Credentials

Save your credentials securely. You will provide them directly to Epicor Elite EXTRA.

Provide Your Information to Epicor Elite EXTRA
Share the following with your Elite EXTRA Account Manager:-
Your Prokeep API credentials

Your Prokeep account URL (example: https://eastpro.prokeep.com)

A list of branches and phone numbers in Prokeep that should send notifications

Epicor Elite EXTRA Completes Setup

Once they have your information, Elite EXTRA will handle the rest of the configuration.

Notification Messages
Epicor Elite EXTRA can configure notifications for any status in their system. Common examples include:

Route Started
“Your order [Order #] is on its way. ETA: [ETA].” -
Order Picked
“Your order [Order #] has been picked and is preparing for delivery.” -
Delivery Completed
“Your order [Order #] has been delivered. Thank you for your business.”
Custom templates may be available upon request from Elite EXTRA.

FAQ
Can I choose which branches send messages?
Yes, this integration can be set up per branch. It is not all-or-nothing.
Where do customer contact details come from?
Contact details can be pulled from your ERP system (if integrated with Epicor Elite EXTRA) or entered manually in Elite EXTRA.
Can I use this with multiple Prokeep accounts?
It may be possible to set up Epicor Elite EXTRA to multiple Prokeep accounts by using our Multi-Account API Token. For details, see: https://knowledge.prokeep.com/knowledge/multi-account-api-token-integration
What if I want to change the message templates?
Epicor Elite EXTRA provides default templates but can configure custom messaging upon request.
