Introduction:
Prokeep's Growth Hub Campaign Manager is a solution available to customers with the Prokeep's Growth Hub package, which makes both Broadcast Text and Outreach Tasks easier to understand, safer to use, and more consistent — ensuring every Broadcast Text Message (BTM) and Task stays tied to the right audience, groups, and performance data.
Campaign Manager (New Dedicated Area)
Campaign creation and management now live in a dedicated Campaign Manager, separate from the Growth Hub dashboard. The Growth Hub dashboard now focuses solely on Engagement Metrics with clear, reliable insights into how contacts are engaging (no longer mixed with campaign data).
Campaign Manager includes:
- A clean, full-screen workspace for campaign creation and tracking.
- Quick links back to Growth Hub, Contact Hub, and Conversation Hub.
- Automatic display of all campaigns a user has permission to view (no more dependency on dashboard filters).
Clear Group Definitions and Inherited Targeting
- Each Campaign now explicitly defines which groups are included.
- Any Broadcast or Task created inside the Campaign automatically inherits those groups.
- When using “Target All Contacts,” only contacts from the campaign’s Groups are included.
Improved Visibility and Navigation
- Campaign screens now open in a full-screen view without the Growth Hub sidebar for better focus.
- Campaigns show both the total number of groups included and the number of groups visible to the user, clarifying access scope.
- Users only see Broadcasts and Tasks they have permission to view, automatically filtered by their group access.
