To complement the API, Prokeep also offers webhooks to automatically send Prokeep event data to your preferred endpoint or application. Available webhook triggers include:

• Thread Created, Closed, or Claimed

• Message Sent or Received

• Contact or Company Updated/Created

2. Prokeep gathers additional required details and configures the integration.

3. Test and confirm the integration’s functionality.

In some cases, native integrations developed by third-party vendors only require you to input Prokeep API keys and a few details into their platform.

3. Custom Integrations
