Top 5 Prokeep Enhancements of 2025
Growth Hub (Add-On) General Availability
In 2025, we expanded Growth Hub's availability from Early Adopters to General Availability, unlocking a more powerful Broadcast Text experience, coordinated Campaigns, Outreach Tasks, and advanced audience segmentation—helping branches drive measurable revenue through targeted, repeatable customer engagement. Advanced Audience Builder (Lists V3)
Enhancements to our Audience Builder introduced powerful new ways to build precise, targeted outreach to segmented audiences, using filters like engagement level, job title, customer satisfaction, message activity, labels, regions, and more, enabling more relevant, frequent marketing and higher response rates.
Customer Contact Form (All Customers)
A rollout to all customers, the Contact Form released a secure, mobile-friendly workflow allowing contacts to update their own information and communication preferences, improving data quality, reducing manual work, and supporting cleaner targeting across Growth and Conversation Hub.
Conversation Hub (Prokeep+) Thread Improvements & Search Enhancements
In 2025, our teams worked to deliver major reliability and usability upgrades, including better threading for inbound email and SMS, more accurate unread message handling, and global search improvements, all to help teams respond faster, more effectively, while preventing missed messages.
Order Automation (Alpha) for Prophet 21
In the second half of 2025, we launched the first phase of automated quoting and ordering workflows, with alpha customers successfully creating and converting quotes inside Prokeep, paving the way for broader ERP support and expanded automation capabilities in 2026.

- Order Automation (General Availability) for Prophet 21, along with additional ERP support.
- Shared Email Improvements to enhance user experience, adding more familiar UI attributes.

Q1 2025 Improvements, January through March 2025
Growth Hub – Tasks, Campaigns & Contact Health
- Growth Hub dashboards and widgets were introduced and refined, including a new Growth Hub dashboard, BTM performance widget, and a Growth Activity Board for key events.
- Campaign groundwork began with scaffolding for Campaigns, Task activity tracking on the Activity Board, and a contact opt-in stats query.
- Contact Health and Activity widgets were added or improved so counts and Open Thread metrics better reflect real activity.
What this means for you: You get clearer visibility into which Broadcast Text Messages (BTMs) and Tasks are working, how your contacts are engaging over time, and which groups need attention, making it easier to prioritize outreach and follow-up.
Conversation Hub (Prokeep+) – Messaging & Surveys
- Enabled creating, and tracking, Customer Feedback Surveys, and improved how Administrators configure surveys.
- Fixed several issues with unread message notifications and daily feedback jobs so alerts and survey data are more reliable.
What this means for you: Teams can configure and trust feedback surveys more easily, and your frontline staff see fewer confusing notification glitches while working threads in Conversation Hub (Prokeep+).
Platform & Data Quality
- Added the ability to send secure profile update links so contacts can update their own information.
- Extended caching and back-end improvements for users, tokens, and webhooks to improve overall responsiveness.
What this means for you: Cleaner, more accurate contact data with less manual effort, and a faster, more stable experience across Prokeep overall.
Q2 2025 Improvements, April through June 2025
Growth Hub – Lists V3, Campaigns & Dashboards
- Introduced a new Contacts Lists V3 feature and began rolling out an advanced audience builder with filters for Labels, Groups/Regions, Job Titles, Engagement Levels, Satisfaction Scores, Messages Sent/Received, and Opt-in Status.
- Added Campaign Status filters, Campaign stats queries, and the ability to associate Campaigns with Groups and Goals such as ‘Re-engage Contacts’.
- Improved Contact Health and Growth Hub widgets so deltas, Task Counts, and reachability metrics more accurately reflect customers’ real contact base.
What this means for you: You can build far more targeted Growth Hub audiences, tie Campaigns to clear goals, and trust that Contact Health and Campaign widgets are telling the right story when you evaluate performance.
Conversation Hub (Prokeep+) – Voice & Voicemail
- Introduced a landline (voice-only) field in contact records and imports/exports, and made it searchable.
What this means for you: Your team can easily tell which numbers can receive SMS vs. which are voice-only, reducing failed messages and confusion.
Order Automation & Integrations
- Began building out P21 Order Automation with the ability to update quotes from web checkout and in-app, plus a new P21 integration page.
What this means for you: For customers in our Order Automation alpha group, quoting and ordering flows are more reliable and integrated, reducing manual rework and time-to-order.
Platform Reliability & Search
- Improved thread and contact search performance, especially for low-selectivity searches.
- Tuned logging, rate-limiting, and error handling around failed messages and imports.
What this means for you: Faster search, fewer timeouts, and more predictable behavior when working with large data sets or higher message volumes.
Q3 2025 Improvements, July through September 2025
Growth Hub – Contact Profiles, Link Tracking & Campaign Visibility
- Expanded the contact web profile with fields like Preferred Language, Job Title, Company, and Account Number, and refined how profile updates are handled and secured.
- Introduced click-tracking support for Broadcast Text Messages.
- Improved how Campaigns and Tasks appear in Overviews and widgets so they respect group membership and permissions.
What this means for you: You get richer contact profiles for more targeted outreach, and better visibility into who is clicking on your Broadcast links and which Campaigns are truly in scope for each team.
Conversation Hub (Prokeep+) – Messaging, Opt-Out, and Security
- Made opt-out handling more robust, including correctly opting contacts out when they reply STOP to a BTM, and improving contact opt-in stats.
- Fixed several access control and visibility bugs so users only see Threads and history they should, and disabled users lose access promptly.
- Continued improving thread search and reporting widgets so all groups (including those with no activity) can be reviewed.
What this means for you: Messaging in Conversation Hub (Prokeep+) is safer and more compliant, and admins have clearer control over who can see which conversations and stats.
Order Automation Features
- Added search-by-SKU and “search all fields” capabilities in Order Automation.
- Reduced timeouts and improved how P21 timeouts and other edge cases are handled.
What this means for you: If you’re in the Order Automation alpha, it’s easier to find the right products quickly and complete quotes/orders without hitting obscure errors.
Q4 2025 Improvements, October thru December 2025
Growth Hub – Tasks, Campaign Manager & Contact Profile Update
- Released the Contact Profile Update Form to all customers, allowing you to send secure links so contacts can update their details and preferences.
- Improved Tasks in Growth Hub with better filtering (by Group, and Task Name) and alignment between table columns and filters.
- Continued maturing Campaign Manager behavior with more consistent filtering by Campaign and Groups, and better widget accuracy.
What this means for you: It’s easier to keep contact data clean, filter and work tasks that matter, and ensure your outreach stays aligned with the right audiences.
Conversation Hub (Prokeep+) – Thread Handling & Notes
- Ensured Internal Threads can be transferred for better collaboration without losing context.
- Fixed multiple issues around rep routing, inbound email threading, and Thread counts so Open/Closed states and routing are more reliable.
- Made company notes searchable in the Global, site-wide search so reps can quickly find important account context.
What this means for you: Your team spends less time fighting the inbox and more time resolving real customer needs, with important notes and threads easier to find in Conversation Hub (Prokeep+).
Order Automation (Alpha)
- Added external address IDs on company records, Apex barcode alignment, and other P21/OA setup improvements.
- Added OA-related metrics and traces to better monitor performance and latency.
What this means for you: For customers participating in Order Automation pilots, quoting and ordering flows are increasingly stable, with fewer integration mismatches and better observability.
Platform & Data Hygiene
- Improved contact deletion (including bulk deletion) and fixed edge cases with imports, merges, and user permissions.
- Made template behaviors more consistent, including attachments and folder counts.
What this means for you: Admin tasks like cleaning up contacts, managing templates, and controlling access are smoother, lowering the risk of bad data and misconfigured messaging.
