Sending the Contact Form to Customers
The Contact Form makes it easy for your team to collect clean, complete customer contact information — all without leaving a Prokeep conversation thread.
With this solution, you can send a secure link to a contact where they can update their own profile, including missing details like name, email, or company, while choosing how they want to be contacted by you in the future.
What Is the Contact Form?
The Contact Form is a simple form customers can fill out to:
- Provide missing contact information (like name, email address, or company)
- Confirm or correct existing details
- Manage their opt-in preferences for:
- Marketing Text Messages
- Informational Text Messages
- Email (1x1)
Once submitted, the customer's contact profile is automatically updated in Prokeep — no manual work required from your team.
How to Use It in a Conversation
You can send a Contact Form link directly during a one-to-one conversation with a customer.
To send the link:
- Have an Open and in-progress thread in Prokeep.
- There are two ways to send this link to customers:
- Click the three dots at the top right corner of the thread next to “Close” and click “Send Contact Form”

- Or, if you have a saved template with the form Token included, send that templated message
- Click the three dots at the top right corner of the thread next to “Close” and click “Send Contact Form”

- The customer will receive a secure link to update their info.
When the customer clicks the link, they’ll see a form where they can update their details and opt-in or out of future communications.
How to Use The Form In Templates & Outreach Tasks to Drive Increased Opt-Ins to Broaden Your Campaign Reach (Tasks is Available with Growth Hub)
You can add the {CONTACT_LINK} Token in any Prokeep Template. This is especially useful for:
- Standardizing contact collection across your team
- Including it in proactive Outreach Tasks as part of Growth Hub (available as an upgrade) Campaigns
- Sending quick follow-ups when a contact record is incomplete
- Opting out through a Contact Form:
- Removes the contact from receiving marketing or informational messages from the Broadcast Text Line.
- It does not affect their ability to send or receive messages through the conversational line.
- This distinction allows customers to opt out of promotional content while still preserving a valuable communication channel for questions, quote requests, and order support.
- Opting out of the conversational line:
- Can only be done by replying “STOP” directly to the conversational message or by a Prokeep user manually disabling the Conversational Toggle within the contact record.
To add the form to a Template:
- Go to Templates in your Prokeep admin settings.
- Insert the {CONTACT_LINK} token where you want the link to appear.
Save and use the Template for messages or Outreach Tasks (for Growth Hub customers).
Best Practices
- Use it proactively: If a contact is missing an email or name, send the form link right away.
- Encourage opt-ins: A complete profile with marketing and informational opt-ins improves your ability to reach customers with Growth Hub (when enabled) tools.
- Build it into your workflow: Add the token to your most-used templates to collect info consistently.
Track progress: Use your Contact Hub Dashboard (within Growth Hub) to identify contacts with missing information and prioritize follow-up.

Example
You're chatting with a customer who just placed an order, but they’re missing information like last name, company name, and email. You send the Contact Form using a saved Template. The customer clicks the link, adds their info, and opts into marketing texts, all within a minute. Now they’re ready to receive future promotions and updates.
