Roles and Permissions in Prokeep

Prokeep's roles and permissions allow you to manage who can do what across your team and locations. Giving the right access to the right people keeps things running smoothly and securely.


User Roles

Prokeep has three distinct user roles:

Administrator

  • Access Level: Full access to all features and settings across all locations.​

  • Capabilities:

    • Manage users, including adding, editing, and deleting.

    • Configure global settings such as After Hours Messaging and Contact Labels.

    • Access and manage reports and analytics for their groups through the Dashboard and Reports.
    • Access to Broadcast Text Messaging and subsequent reporting (if applicable).
    • Enable or disable features for other roles.​

    • Ability to unblock contacts

Manager

  • Access Level: Access to most features within assigned groups or locations.​

  • Capabilities:

    • Manage users within their assigned groups.

    • Access reports and analytics for their groups through the Dashboard and Reports.

    • Manage Contact Labels (if granted permission by an Administrator).

    • Configure group-specific settings.​

  • Limitations:

    • Cannot see Administrators in the Users list.

    • Cannot manage Blocked Numbers.

Member

  • Access Level: Basic access within assigned groups or locations.​

  • Capabilities:

    • Access to Inbox, Threads, Contacts, and personal settings.

    • Utilize Stock Messages and Templates for communication.​

  • Limitations:

    • Cannot access administrative settings, reports, or user management features.

    • Limited to viewing and interacting within their assigned groups.​
