Translating Customer Messages in Prokeep
When customers message you in a language you don’t speak, browser-based translation tools can help you quickly understand and respond. This article explains how to translate messages in Prokeep using:

Google Chrome (Google Translate extension)

Microsoft Edge (built-in Microsoft Translator)
Chrome: Using Google Translate
Step 1: Install the Google Translate Extension

Open Google Chrome.

Search for Google Translate Chrome extension.

Click Add to Chrome.

Refresh your browser once installed.
Step 2: Translate an Incoming Customer Message

Open the message thread in Prokeep.

Highlight the customer’s message written in another language.

Click the Google Translate icon that appears.

Review the translated English text.
Step 3: Translate Your Response Back to the Customer

Type your reply in English.

Highlight your typed message.

Right-click and select Google Translate.

Change the target language to match the customer’s language.

Copy the translated text.
-
Paste it into Prokeep and send.
Edge: Using Microsoft Translator
Microsoft Edge includes a built-in translation feature, so no extension is required.
Step 1: Translate a Page Automatically

Open the Prokeep message thread in Microsoft Edge.

When Edge detects a different language, it may automatically prompt you to translate.

Click Translate in the address bar.

Select your preferred language (for example, English).
Step 2: Translate Manually (If No Prompt Appears)

Click the Translate icon in the Edge address bar.

Choose the language you want to translate into.

Click Translate.
