      1.  What is Broadcast Text Messaging, and how does it work?

        • Broadcast Text Messaging is a feature that allows you to send text messages to multiple recipients simultaneously through Prokeep. It can be used for promotional offers, updates, notifications, and more.

      2.  What types of messages can I send using Broadcast Text Messaging?

          • Promotional Broadcasts are commercial and encourage the recipient to take action.
          • Informational Broadcasts provide updates or knowledge without a commercial intent.

        Audience and Contacts

        3.  Do I need to confirm permission before sending messages?

          • Yes, ensure all recipients have opted in to receive messages according to their opt-in status.

        5.  What happens if a contact has opted out of messages?
          • Contacts who replied "NO PROMO" cannot receive Promotional Broadcasts but can receive Informational Broadcasts.
          • Contacts who replied "STOP" cannot receive any Broadcast Messages.

        Message Composition

        6. What can I include in my Broadcast Message?
          • You can include text, emojis, attachments (up to 5 MB), links, and templates to personalize your message.
        7.  Are there restrictions on file sizes for attachments?
          • Yes, individual image files larger than 500 KB will be sent as links, and the total size for all files cannot exceed 5 MB.

        Reporting and Metrics

        8.  What can I do if a message fails to deliver?

          • Check the reasons for failure, such as invalid numbers or carrier issues, and ensure the contact information is correct.

        9.  Can I see who interacted with my message?

          • Yes, detailed metrics show recipients, responses, and link clicks, allowing you to analyze engagement.

        Administrative Features

        10. How do I give Broadcast Messaging access to another user?

          • Administrators can grant access by editing user settings in the Settings > Users menu and enabling the Broadcast Text Messaging option.

        11.  Can I see which users have access to Broadcast Messaging?

          • Yes, users with access will have a Broadcast Messaging icon displayed next to their role in the Users screen.
