  • How do I get logged into Prokeep?
    • If you are an Administrator or Manager, click here. If you are anyone else, click here.
  • How do I add the rest of my team to Prokeep?
    • As an Admin or Manager, click here. If you are not an Admin or Manager, you cannot add new team members.
  • Do I have to download Prokeep?
    • No, Prokeep is just a website that you log into through our supported browsers, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Your company's Prokeep website is unique so make sure to ask your Manager or Admin what URL you need to login through. Example URL: yourcompanyname.prokeep.com
  • Does my customer have to download an app?
    • No, there is nothing for the customer to download. All the customer needs to do is text your landline phone number as they would text anyone else.
  • Is there a limit to how many messages can be sent through Prokeep?
    • No, there is no limit to how many messages you can send, the number of users you can add, or the number of customers you can add to Prokeep. We want to make sure there are no limits on how successful you are!
  • What internet browsers does Prokeep support?
    • Prokeep supports Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. 
  • If my phone system goes down (disconnected, extreme weather), will Prokeep continue to function?
    • Yes, Prokeep uses an entirely different system than the voice side of your landline. As long as you have a stable internet connection, you will still be able to text through Prokeep, even when your phone system goes down.
  • What kind of files can be sent through Prokeep?
    • You can send things such as texts, pictures, links, PDFs, and Word/Excel docs.

What's New at Prokeep?

  • Watch threads - Enable another user to manually choose to get notifications on a thread, without having to be the primary owner.
  • Expanded reporting export - Reporting exports now contain the tags connected to a thread, as well as the message type: email, fax, or text.
  • Removed announcements character limit - Announcements can now be sent even if they exceed the character limit. They are treated as MMS and charged accordingly, and users are notified of this before sending.
  • Templates - Prokeep users can now craft message templates and rapidly send standardized messaging. This helps our customers who asked us for a way to send stock messages as new messages, have longer stock messages, or to allow managers and admins to control the stock messages.
