      How to Login to Prokeep

      This article explains how to retrieve your personalized URL to sign in to your Prokeep inbox.

      Accessing your URL

       

      Please add support@prokeep.com to your approved senders list/email address contacts to ensure all emails are delivered with no issues.

       

      1. In your web browser, type prokeep.com and click the log-in button in the upper right-hand corner.

      2. You will be prompted to enter your email and your unique login link will be sent to your inboxemail enter

      3. Click the personalized login link in your inbox. click link

      • If the email does not land in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you do not have an email from Prokeep Support, please contact us by email at support@prokeep.com or by phone at (504) 226-7756.

       

      Signing In

      After clicking the link in your email inbox, you will be directed to your unique Prokeep account login page.

      Login Page

      1. Enter your Username and Password

      2. Click Sign In

      3. You should see your inbox as shown below!
